Our IT people
One of the most integral positions in our company that makes the delivery of the product to our users possible is the IT personnel that we have! Meet our Head of development, CEO and the one who got the idea to create this platform,
Artem Petrushenko
A senior full-stack developer, who has worked on multiple startups before this one and has a lot of experience with a plethora of programming languages ( starting from PHP, and up to Flutter and Tailwind ), started his career at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs
The next logical step after studying there was to work as a part of a team that developed a system for real-time crime prevention, RICAS. After the end of development, he went on to become a backend developer and Lead Fullstack developer in multiple projects under the wing of ITDelight, creating cutting-edge solutions, for different industries, like logistics, education, reputational management, and many other projects. It also was a crucial place for Grammartrack’s history, as there, on the courses of English language improvement supplied by the company, he met the wonderful Stanislava Yunh, who is now our driving educator and a part about her is the next one!
However, his experience extends beyond his work; he also went to and explored a variety of different cultures and countries, beginning in Europe and going as far as Thailand, where he acquired knowledge and understanding of many new and exciting concepts that amazed him and only added to his current wisdom.
Our Educators
An equally important part of our team that creates the learning materials, andthe very same blog that you are reading right now, as well as tries to better themselves for the people they are teaching, are our Educators Meet our curriculum designer, the first person who joined the team, and just a great teacher, that has helped innumerable people get a hold of the English language and grammar:
Stanislava Yunh
A language instructor for over twenty years, with multifaceted experience and a knack for grammar, she started her career as a student in the very same city as Artem, Kharkiv, at the Polytechnical Institute.
After receiving her education in one of the most prestigious universities in Ukraine and having a deep knowledge of the English language, she worked as an English coach in the ITDelight, as mentioned earlier. She bonded with Artem over his studies and interests, and she worked for eight whole years, facilitating the growth of many students, conducting assessments, and working with several different curriculums. Parallel to this, she worked as a Language teacher and then as a Lead Teacher in the grammar department with English school Professional.
And now, queue the drumroll for your one and only, writing articles, designing curriculum, and missing deadlines
Yaroslav Herasimov
In all seriousness, writing about myself feels a linger, so I’ll let the experience speak for myself.
With humble beginnings, in a small translation department for a matchmaking company that is no longer around, I was doing nightshifts to help people communicate with their future spouses, and although the work was quite rewarding, I was seeking more; after just half a year, I moved on to teaching.
The first company was a newly opened school that gave a young student a chance, and he hasn’t regretted it so far; in Znaj vse I have tried myself out in the role of a tutor, for people of a variety of levels and backgrounds, as well as initiating speaking club, as an idea for easy promotional materials gathering, and free speaking opportunities for students, and due to looking for a bump in salary, I started looking outward, and found a company that provided services of L&D for tutors, and thus has become the head of this department within the school.
However, this success was short-lived due to imbalanced overtime and the unsatisfying salary that barely kept me on; I’ve decided to leap onto an opportunity that presented itself in the form of a message from a recruiter at KeyStudy, before the rebranding STUDYUA, which is one of the biggest private education companies in Europe, and the biggest in Ukraine. I work as a tutor for very different students, who I prepare for exams, interviews, and the overall English-speaking society on various levels.
Our Managers
A part of our team that drives us to success and makes our work more structured and makes us to hit smaller aims in shorter time, rather than try making all at once, asmost of us are such perfectionists that want to do everything everywhere all at one.
Meet our project manager, the wonderful, always organised
