• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

• Personal Learning Data refers to information collected about your learning progress, practice sessions, and performance metrics.

• Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GrammarTrack and establish the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you warrant that you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian to use the Service.

Service Usage and Rules

Educational Content

1. All educational content provided through the Service is for personal learning purposes only.
2. You may not copy, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes.
3. The Company maintains the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time.

Practice Sessions and Learning Data

1. The Service provides personalized learning experiences based on your performance and progress.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and practice data.
3. The Company is not responsible for any loss of progress data due to technical issues or account deletion.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Share account credentials with others
2. Use the Service for any illegal purposes
3. Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
4. Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
5. Upload or share inappropriate or offensive content
6. Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service

Termination

   • Errors in educational content
