Esempio
Let me take your copybooks to the classroom, I'll be going there in the morning anyway.
Lascia che porti io i tuoi quaderni in classe, tanto in mattinata ci andrò comunque.
I won't bother to fix a time to see you, because I'll be calling into the office anyway several times next week.

Si forma con will + be + forma in -ing: «This time tomorrow I'll be flying to Rome» e «Don't call between 7 and 8. We'll be having dinner.» Si usa anche per eventi futuri già fissati o che succederanno comunque, nel normale corso delle cose: «The team will be playing in Madrid next month» e «I'll be passing the bank anyway, so I can pay the bill.»

Confronta «The film will start at 8» (l'inizio, un evento singolo) con «At 9 we'll be watching the film» (a metà della visione). L'italiano usa spesso il futuro semplice in tutti e due i casi («alle 9 guarderemo il film»), ma in inglese, se indichi un momento come this time tomorrow o at 6 PM on Saturday e intendi un'azione in corso, serve il future continuous: «What will you be doing at 6 PM on Saturday?»

Si può dire «I will working» o «I will be work» nel future continuous?

No, sono sbagliate tutte e due: il future continuous vuole will, poi be, poi la forma in -ing del verbo. Di' «I will be working tomorrow evening», non «I will working» né «I will be work». Nelle negazioni not va subito dopo will: «I won't be working» o «I will not be working», non «I will be not working». Nelle domande will va prima del soggetto: «Will you be working?» e «When will they be moving?», non «When they will be moving?»

Si può usare il future continuous dopo «when» o «while»?

No: nelle proposizioni temporali (time clauses) dopo when, while, before, after o as soon as si usa un tempo presente al posto del future continuous. Di' «While you are cooking, I'll be setting the table», non «While you will be cooking». In italiano diresti «mentre cucinerai», ma in inglese il future continuous va nella proposizione principale (main clause): «When you arrive, we'll still be cooking the meal», dove «you arrive» resta al present simple. La regola riguarda solo le proposizioni temporali: nella domanda «When will you be leaving?» il future continuous è corretto.

«We're meeting the clients on Friday» e «We'll be meeting the clients» descrivono entrambe un appuntamento preso. The lecture will be starting in 15 minutes.» Può anche indicare un'azione in corso in un momento futuro: «At noon on Friday we'll be meeting the clients.»
