Account Deletion Overview
This page provides information on how to request deletion of your GrammarTrack account and explains what data will be deleted or retained during this process.
How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1: Mobile App
You can delete your account directly from the mobile app by navigating to your account settings and selecting the account deletion option.
Method 2: Email Request
Send an account deletion request to grammartrack@gmail.com with the following information:
Email Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include your registered email address and confirm that you want to permanently delete your GrammarTrack account and all associated data.
Data Handling
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your email address
- Your hashed password
- All your learning progress and course data
Data Retention
No personal data will be retained after account deletion, except as required by law for business record-keeping purposes.
Any data retained for legal compliance will be kept for the minimum period required by applicable laws and regulations.
Processing Timeline
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.
